The Program
Session 1 — Qualifying Your Idea
We examine your concept for differentiation, viability, audience interest, and competitive title positioning.
Session 2 — Building Your Author Platform
We assess the strength of your current platform and create a focused plan to increase visibility and authority.
Session 3 — Creating the Concept + Content Sections
We develop and assess the Overview, What’s In the Book, and Book Specs. We also walk through how to construct the Table of Contents, Detailed Outline, and Sample Chapters, so you understand how to approach them.
Session 4 — Completion + Submission Strategy
We focus on refinement, agent and publisher targeting, relationship-building, and your submission roadmap.
